Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies Q2T Suite uses, and why. It forms part of our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use an application. They help the Service function properly, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used. This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) we use, and why.
This Cookie Policy forms part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
2Types of Cookies We Use
2.1Essential Cookies
These cookies are necessary for the Service to function and cannot be switched off. They include cookies that keep you signed in, remember your selected role (Teacher or Student), and protect against fraud and abuse. The Service cannot operate without these cookies.
2.2Preference Cookies
These cookies remember choices you make, such as your language preference (English or Hebrew), so you do not have to reselect them on every visit.
2.3Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how the Service is used — for example, which features and games are most popular — so we can improve performance and the overall experience. Where used, analytics information is aggregated and does not directly identify individual Students.
2.4Third-Party Cookies
Certain third-party providers integrated into the Service, such as our authentication provider (Google Sign-In) and payment processor, may set their own cookies as part of their functionality. These are governed by the applicable third party’s own cookie and privacy policies.
3Cookies We Do Not Use
We do not use cookies for third-party behavioral advertising, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of Students.
4Cookie Table
| Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Authentication / Session | Keeps you signed in and secures your account | Session or up to 30 days |
| Preferences | Remembers language and role selection | Up to 1 year |
| Analytics | Understands feature usage in aggregate | Up to 1 year |
| Third-Party (Google Sign-In) | Enables sign-in via Google | Set by Google |
| Third-Party (Payments) | Enables secure checkout | Set by payment processor |
5Managing Cookies
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting cookies. Because essential cookies are required for core functionality such as signing in, blocking them may prevent parts of the Service from working correctly.
6Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. There is currently no common industry standard for how to respond to such signals, so the Service does not currently respond differently to Do Not Track signals.
7Changes to this Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies and technologies we use. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Cookie Policy.
